Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and young adults and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and those “what am I doing with my life?” moments. I know reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, so I aim to create a space that feels real, relaxed, and judgment-free. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk things through with, I’m here to support you. I also offer a bilingual and culturally aware space where you can show up fully as yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and also be gently challenged to grow. We’ll work together to make sense of what you’re going through, build coping skills, and help you feel more confident in yourself and your decisions. I keep things practical and relatable so you can actually use what we talk about in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about you. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll guide the conversation and meet you where you are. We’ll work together to figure this out. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll continue building in future sessions, turning your goals into something real and achievable. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel understood, at ease, and a little more hopeful about what’s ahead.
