Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer services in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.

I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, life transitions, social and cultural stressors, and relationship challenges—including inter-racial and intercultural marriage concerns.

Together, we take a collaborative and compassionate approach, using strategies designed for your unique needs, helping you feel supported, understood, and stronger in the face of life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we all have the capacity to create meaningful and fulfilling lives. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen resilience, while feeling supported every step of the way.

I offer a compassionate and culturally responsive approach, integrating evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. As a bilingual therapist, I also value creating a space where language, culture, and identity are honored and understood.

My intention is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, feel empowered, and create lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a safe, kind, and supportive space where you can share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace, without fear of judgment. We will begin getting to know each other, explore your concerns, and talk about your goals for therapy.

I will also ask some questions to better understand your experiences and help us create a personalized approach that supports your healing, growth, and well-being. My intention is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
