Great to meet you!

Anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and complex mental health concerns can leave you feeling stuck or alone. I bring 14 years of experience supporting people facing severe and persistent mental illness, psychosis, addiction, and co occurring challenges. As an NYU Silver School of Social Work graduate, I help you build wellness, confidence, and a better quality of life. My experience includes hospital and private practice settings.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is warm, nonjudgmental, unbiased, and grounded in evidence based care. I meet you where you are and center your goals, needs, and preferences. Together, we identify barriers to wellbeing, build practical coping skills, and work toward improved functioning. You will receive compassionate support while using approaches backed by research. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and better about yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to feel safe, heard, and cared for without judgment. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what support would feel most helpful. Drawing on my training at NYU and internships with Columbia University’s School of Social Work, I will collaborate with you to create a meaningful path forward. You can expect empathy, understanding, and a personalized approach.
