Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a specialization in trauma. I have experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence, abuse, and other challenging life experiences. My approach is empathetic, supportive, and focused on helping clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I strive to empower individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I strive to meet clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. I integrate trauma-informed care with practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. As a bilingual therapist, I am mindful of the impact of culture, family dynamics, and lived experiences, and I work to empower clients to feel confident, resilient, and capable of meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the focus is on creating a safe, comfortable space where you can begin to feel at ease. My priority is building trust and getting to know you at your own pace. I don’t rush or push you to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to get out of our work together. By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
