Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker in MA and RI. I hold a master's degree in clinical social work and a bachelor's degree in human services and sociology. I have worked in a number of settings including schools, foster care, health care centers, hospitals and outpatient mental health. In my near 10 years of work experience, I have worked with individuals all across the lifespan. What I've enjoyed most with my work is the ability to create positive relationships with my clients and see them grow and improve over the course of our time together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very dependent on you and what your needs are. I utilize multiple evidence-based practices in my work and aim to be approachable, empathetic, and honest in our time together.

My ideal client is a woman navigating the challenges of chronic illness, grief, or anxiety—someone who may feel overwhelmed at times but is doing her best to show up for herself and her life. She’s ready for support, even if she’s not sure where to begin.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that you leave your sessions feeling a little bit lighter and that you feel able to move through your day. Maybe you gain a new way of looking at an issue, a new skill that helps you relax, or simply the support and validation you need to make day to day decisions.

Please note, I do not currently have evening/afternoon openings at this time. I do not work on weekends.
