Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me carrying things that feel too heavy to name: the weight of managing a mind that won't quiet down, a diagnosis that changed everything, or a loss that no one around them seems to understand. I work with adults and seniors navigating ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction and substance use, and the emotional terrain of end-of-life, both for those facing it and the people who love them. I also specialize in the particular grief and confusion that comes with navigating identity across cultures, and I work with clients in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in what actually works for you. Drawing from behavioral strategies, family-focused therapy, and humanistic traditions, I help clients move from surviving their circumstances to understanding them and, over time, to finding more room to breathe. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I'll follow your lead on pace and depth, and I bring genuine curiosity to every story I hear.

What you can expect from me

If you've been putting off reaching out because you're not sure where to start, or because you've tried before and it didn't stick, I understand. Starting over takes courage. I welcome new clients for telehealth sessions and would be glad to see if we're a good fit.
