Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for supporting adults navigating life transitions, relationships, and the emotional weight that comes with caring for others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward—and my goal is to offer a space that feels safe, grounding, and genuinely supportive.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and have experience working in community mental health and private practice settings.

I primarily work with adult clients, including women and mothers, who are experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions.

I have a particular passion for supporting individuals from BIPOC communities and those seeking culturally responsive care.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and help you reconnect with your values and inner resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, strength-based and person-centered therapy, somatic techniques, and mindfulness. I tailor therapy to each client, believing there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and low-pressure space. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and begin identifying goals—at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share everything right away.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and current stressors, explain my approach, and answer any questions you have. I also offer a free 10-minute consultation prior to the first session to help determine whether we’re a good fit. The focus of our work together is helping you feel heard, supported, and comfortable moving forward.
