Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I am glad that you are here today. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than twenty years in this field. My experience includes supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ and Latino/Hispanic communities.

I look forward to supporting you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaboration between the therapist and the client. You are the expert in your life. Together we will identify areas that you believe need improvement. We will work on change by using CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

As my client you will be able to learn about yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions while working towards your goals. I will support you in this process through the use of a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
