Great to meet you!

I have a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their sense of hope and healing. I’m not afraid of big feelings—in fact, I welcome them. Even when things feel hard or overwhelming, I believe meaningful change is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you through that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping you reconnect with your true self. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll gently untangle unhelpful patterns, build practical tools, and strengthen your ability to respond to life with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed space where we’ll start getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, your experiences, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll go at your pace. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning.
