Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 21 years of experience in mental health. I'm trained in TF-CBT and have worked across case management, career counseling, substance use, sexual assault/family violence. I’ve transitioned into private practice to offer more personalized and focused care. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and other mental health issues. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.

My approach to therapy

In our first sessions, we'll explore your story and create a treatment plan that fits your needs. Many clients report often feeling more supported, symptom reduction, improved emotional regulation, and increased functioning within the first few weeks as we work toward lasting change together. I often use Motivational Interviewing in my practice. In our first session, we'll gently explore what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. This approach is all about supporting you as you uncover your own reasons for change, helping you find the motivation and confidence to take steps forward in a way that feels meaningful and true to you.

What you can expect from me
