Great to meet you!

I am a Psychotherapist who is invested in the mental health journey of the individuals that I work with. I earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern Nazarene College, then received a master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. If you are dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, low self esteem, major life changes, or simply in need of a safe space to unpack you have come to the right place. You are not alone and it would be my pleasure to assit you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I will meet you where you are without any judgment. During our work together I use a client centered approach where I support you and assit in releasing what no longer serves you, setting healthy boundaries, and help with developing coping skills to deal with what you are going through.

What you can expect from me

As a Therapist who provide on line therapy, my goal is to make therapy more accessible so that it can be consistent. This allows you to have the space and independance to guide your path towards healing and growth.
