Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m Maria, and I help children, families, and individuals who are navigating grief, loss, anxiety, depression, or life changes that feel heavy to carry alone. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to express what you’re going through. My goal is to offer a warm, safe space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting clients through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, family challenges, and emotional expression. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, I use a compassionate, humanistic approach that honors you as the expert of your own life. When helpful, we can also use art therapy as a creative, non-verbal way to process emotions.

What you can expect from me

Imagine feeling more grounded, more understood, and better able to move through difficult emotions with support and clarity. Therapy can help you build coping tools, process painful experiences, and reconnect with yourself or your family in a meaningful way. Book your first session today by clicking on a time that works best for you.
