Great to meet you!
Many of my clients come to therapy after spending years being strong for everyone else. They may be struggling with anxiety, grief, self-doubt, life transitions, caregiving stress, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what's wrong with you—it's about developing a healthier relationship with yourself. Together, we explore the parts of you that carry pain, fear, sadness, self-criticism, or overwhelm and learn how to respond to them with greater understanding and compassion.
Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and structured. While I create space for difficult emotions, I also help clients identify strengths, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful change. I believe growth can happen gently, and that even life's most difficult experiences can become opportunities for resilience, self-discovery, and post-traumatic growth.
