Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals and families during some of life’s most overwhelming and emotional transitions. I specialize in perinatal mental health, anxiety, ADHD, parenting stress, and the transition into parenthood, with experience working in both mental health and NICU medical settings. I especially enjoy helping parents navigate postpartum challenges while strengthening connection and bonding with their baby. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to offer compassionate and culturally responsive care tailored to each person’s unique journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and relationship-centered. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can openly process emotions, feel understood, and build confidence in themselves and their relationships. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT and ACT while incorporating psychoeducation, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies tailored to each client’s needs. I am especially passionate about supporting emotional wellness during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. When appropriate, I also incorporate bonding-focused interventions, including infant massage education and activities that help strengthen parent-child connection and attachment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their experiences at their own pace. During the first session, my goal is to get to know the client, better understand what brings them to therapy, and learn about their past experiences, current challenges, and personal goals. I believe therapy should be collaborative, and together we will explore ways to support emotional wellness, healing, and growth. I also want clients to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about their journey forward. Building trust and creating a safe therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process for me.
