Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming due to crisis, loss, or unresolved trauma, having the right support can make a meaningful difference. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through some of life’s most challenging moments.

I’m licensed in Florida, Colorado, and Massachusetts, and hold a Master’s degree from Florida International University. My background includes both clinical and non-clinical settings, with a focus on crisis intervention, mental health counseling, grief support, and trauma-informed care. I work with adults who are seeking stability, clarity, and a path forward during times of emotional distress or major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe healing happens when clients feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout the process.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and develop realistic strategies for change. Together, we focus on your strengths while working toward meaningful and sustainable progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll talk through your current concerns, explore your goals, and begin identifying tools that can help you feel more grounded and in control.

Clients often leave early sessions with a greater sense of clarity, increased self-awareness, and renewed confidence in their ability to cope and move forward.
