Great to meet you!

Human first. Part of healing, I believe, is building self-compassion and a deeper understanding of your own humanness. I hope to create a space where you feel comfortable connecting to your most authentic self, with patience, compassion, and occasionally, humor. If that sounds like what you need right now, I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everybody has within themselves the capacity to heal, but several of life and society/systemic factors can bring obstacles that interfere with that journey. Providing trauma informed, affirming therapy is especially important to me as someone who is late diagnosed AuDHD w/ complex PTSD and chronic pain. I have found myself very passionate about this work for my own self and for others. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, have completed Brainspotting training, and I aim for my sessions to be a neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+, and nonmonogamy affirming space. I work from several therapy modalities depending on individual preferences/needs, including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation shaped by you. We start with what feels most relevant: what brought you here, what has and hasn't worked before, and what you're hoping for. I ask questions, but there's no pressure to have it all figured out. Most people leave feeling heard and a little less alone with whatever they came in carrying.
