Great to meet you!

I believe healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and bilingual psychotherapist, I provide virtual therapy in English and Spanish for young adults and adults.

I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, and narcissistic abuse. I am especially passionate about supporting cycle breakers—people who are ready to heal and release painful, unhelpful patterns, understand how the past continues to affect them, and create a healthier future for themselves and the generations that follow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and attachment-based therapy. Together, we will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can develop practical coping skills, reconnect with yourself, break unhealthy cycles, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we will explore what brings you to therapy, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we will identify your needs and create a personalized plan for moving forward. You will also have time to ask questions and decide whether I am the right fit for you.
