Great to meet you!

I’m a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents, and I am passionate about helping individuals in the Hispanic/LatinX community overcome the stigma around therapy. I provide a safe, authentic, and supportive space where clients can feel understood and empowered.

I have experience working with survivors of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, immigration trauma, and generational trauma. I also help clients navigate life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you understand how your experiences have shaped your emotional well-being and to normalize your reactions along the way.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in creating a safe and authentic space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I help clients explore their experiences, normalize their reactions, and understand how past and present challenges impact their emotional well-being.

I use an eclectic style of therapy, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. My work often includes evidence-based modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sand Therapy, and Art Therapy. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know you, explore your goals, and discuss any challenges you’re facing. I provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin creating a personalized plan to support your healing, growth, and well-being.
