Great to meet you!

You deserve to thrive. If stress has taken over, or you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shake, I’d love to help. I specialize in supporting people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves, guiding you to calm your nervous system, move through stress, and create real, lasting change. Even through video sessions, our work will feel warm, dynamic, and collaborative, engaging your mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

Everything starts with safety and trust. From there, we’ll gently blend conversation, mindfulness, guided visualization, and body based practices to support your healing. As your mind and body come back into alignment, you’ll notice greater clarity, more self trust, and a deeper connection to who you really are.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as the beginning of a conversation, not an interrogation. I’ll take time to get to know you directly, your story, your strengths, and what led you here. Together, we’ll start creating a path forward that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored just to you. Clients describe me as calming, grounded, and genuinely present. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
