Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine engagement into our virtual sessions. My own path has given me a deep respect for the courage it takes to understand yourself and make meaningful changes. My education and professional experience have prepared me to work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, loneliness, life transitions, and self-worth. I especially enjoy working with thoughtful, self-aware adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, engaged, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy is more than talking about what happened—it’s about understanding the patterns, beliefs, and experiences shaping how you feel, relate, and move through the world. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools to deepen insight and create meaningful change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and gently challenge you when it may help you see yourself or your situation in a new way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. Rather than feeling like an interview, I want it to feel like a real conversation. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what’s happening in your life now, and the experiences that have shaped you. We’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and what you hope will feel different, while leaving plenty of room for your questions and for you to get a sense of how I work.

I'd love to connect for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
