Anxiety, PTSD, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have a deep passion for working with first responders, military personnel, and their families because I know how much they give—often at the expense of their own well-being. As a volunteer with the First Responder Support Network providing EMDR services to first responders, or their spouses, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that trauma, stress, and burnout can take. I recognize the unique challenges you face—whether it's navigating PTSD/PTSI, processing a critical incident, managing high-stress environments, or trying to maintain balance in your relationships and day-to-day life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to overcome these obstacles and build resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, I’ll draw on a combination of evidence-based approaches and trauma focused modalities such as EMDR. Each of these approaches is designed to help you break free from unhelpful thought patterns, heal from trauma, and build a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or a significant life transition, I’m here to empower you with the tools and support you need to navigate through it and come out stronger on the other side.

What you can expect from our first session

Above all, my goal is to support you in transcending the physical, emotional, and psychological hurdles that stand in the way of a fulfilling life and meaningful work. Together, we can create a plan to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
