Great to meet you!

I'm a compassionate therapist who truly believes in the power of growth and healing. I believe in resiliency, self-discovery, and the power of connection. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel understood, and empowered to move toward greater balance and fulfillment in your life.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand your experiences and create lasting change. My approach is client-centered and flexible. I adjust to your needs and draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, strengths-based therapy and trauma-informed care. I stive to offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. I'll invite you to share your concerns, background, and anything you've already tried to help yourself. We'll move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
