Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, down-to-earth person, I provide space where you can be yourself and feel heard. I believe we are all shaped by our past, but not defined by it-and together, we can work to understand your story and help you move forward with more freedom and clarity. Whether you are facing anxiety, trauma, codependency, or life transitions, I walk along side you with empathy and respect. Change happens through connection, honesty, and kindness--and I am here to support you in discovering your won path forward.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, relational approach rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from trauma-informed, strength-base, and experiential methods-including nature-base work when appropriate. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our past without judgment, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and gently build new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel truly seen and supported--never rushed or judged. Whether you are a child, teen or adult, sessions are a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Clients often leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, more clarity in their relationship, and practical tools to handle life with greater confidence and self-compassion. Over time, you will notice shifts in how you respond to stress, set clear boundaries, and care for your needs, because therapy is not just about insight, but about healing, growth and becoming more fully yourself.
