Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, earned a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Florida. In my free time, I enjoy reading, movement practices, rituals for reflection, writing poetry, intentional solitude, and spending meaningful moments with my family, friends, and my beloved pets.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journeys of healing, growth, and self-discovery. When life doesn’t go as planned, when efforts fall short, or when pain feels unseen, holding space and connecting to them with the intent to learn can provide us with profound growth and change. I believe the in-between spaces can be transformative phases that realign heart, mind, and body.

I work with young and seasoned adults who seek deeper self-understanding and healing from past wounds. They may struggle with trauma, relational challenges, emotional dysregulation, or navigating life transitions. They long for a safe, supportive space to explore their inner world, build healthy boundaries, and foster authentic connections.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach that honors the integration of mind, body, heart and spirit, helping individuals explore personal growth, navigate life transitions, deepen self-awareness, and build healthy boundaries.

I specialize in trauma recovery, relational healing, self-integration, blending evidence-based therapies like EMDR. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and with holistic practices such as Somatics, Expressive Art, Depth Psychology, and Proprioceptive Writing.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we’ll create a safe, nurturing space for emotional regulation, self-exploration, meaningful transformation, and authenticity. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. In our work together, you’ll find a warm, collaborative space where your story is honored, your growth is gently supported with inquiry and orienting to you to your strengths. I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward a more fulfilling, integrated authentic self and life.
