Great to meet you!

My name is Maria Mujica, and I utilize the pronouns she/her/ella. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is trilingual, proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College, a Master of Arts in Birth to Three: Early Intervention from Wheelock College, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Drawing upon my systemic training, I primarily work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in my practice.

My approach to therapy

I have a dynamic, inquisitive, and active approach to therapy. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to think and problem-solve together, enhancing their sense of agency and clarity. By collaborating in this way, we can explore different perspectives and develop effective strategies that empower them to navigate their challenges more effectively. This approach fosters a supportive environment in which clients can express themselves openly and work towards achieving meaningful solutions.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space where my clients feel safe and nurtured, fostering an environment that promotes understanding, resiliency, and comfort. I believe in helping them develop a clear vision for their lives, enabling them to navigate challenges with confidence and a sense of purpose.
