Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health, trauma, and early intervention. I support individuals through pregnancy and postpartum transitions, as well as those navigating complex life stressors, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, and the desire to shift and change intergenerational cycles.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed and relational frameworks, integrating elements of attachment-based work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. I place a strong emphasis on understanding how relationships, past and present, and broader systems impact emotional wellbeing. In our work together, we may explore themes such as identity shifts in parenthood, grief and loss, and navigating uncertainty, while building skills for coping, meaning-making, and reconnecting with personal values. I aim to support clients in developing both insight and practical tools, while fostering a sense of agency and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal among the standard intake process (often gathering more information about you, your story, identities, and presenting concerns) is to establish trust, hope, and ensuring that we are a good fit together!
