Maria Ngangha works with children and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, and self-harm. Maria Ngangha enjoys working with families and couples as well. Maria’s passion is working with families who struggle with depression, anxiety, and family systems issues.

My approach to therapy

Maria’s main goals for her patients include reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, reducing distress symptoms overall in their lives, as well as improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth and resilience.

Maria believes that her experience with clients overall have proven long term results in their lives overall. Maria believes that giving an empathetic listening ear provides the atmosphere to allow emotional, physical, and mental healing internally and externally.
