About Me
Therapy is for everyone! I think a lot of people have this really skewed view of therapy, in which you only go to therapy if something "happened" or if they are "mentally ill". Therapy can be a safe place to speak about anything including family issues, work conflicts, and friendship/relationship challenges. Additionally, a therapist can help you find a new career, identify what you would want out relationships and utilize your strengths to help you reach your goals.
