Great to meet you!

Maybe you’ve been caught up in worry, feeling unlike yourself, or finding that the ways you usually cope aren’t helping anymore. You might be adjusting to a new stage of life, managing a health condition, or noticing how past painful experiences affect how you feel, connect with others, or see yourself. I work with teens and adults to understand what’s getting in the way and find a way forward. Together, we can work toward feeling less overwhelmed, more connected to the people you care about, and able to do what matters to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and practical. Depending on what you need, I draw from different approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you respond differently to difficult thoughts and feelings and move toward what matters to you. We’ll make room for what you’re going through and practice skills you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I care about building a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what’s on your mind. We’ll take time to get to know each other and think together about what you need. You’re welcome to reach out, ask questions, and learn more about how we might work together!
