Great to meet you!

Something shifted, and now life feels harder than it should. Maybe it is anxiety that will not quiet down, depression that makes ordinary days feel heavy, or relationship stress you cannot stop carrying. Maybe it is grief, trauma, postpartum changes, substance use, or a family situation that has gotten complicated. I am Maria, an LCSW with over 10 years working with people from all walks of life. There is a way through, and I want to help you find it.

My approach to therapy

I provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what's weighing on you. I will meet you where you are, teach you coping skills, listen, validate but also challenge you in order to create lasting and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is yours to shape. You can share as much or as little as feels right, talk about what brought you here, and start to map out what you hope therapy will do for you. I keep the space warm and low-pressure, and nothing you say is too much. You might walk away with some clarity, a little relief, or just the feeling that someone actually heard you. That matters.
