Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience working with adults, I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions.

We examine what is happening, how it developed, and what is keeping it in place. We address what is difficult. And we work toward it.

I bring an international perspective shaped by living and working across different cultural contexts. This informs how I understand identity, stress, and adaptation, and allows me to meet clients with nuance wherever they come from.

If you are looking for a therapist with depth of experience and a clear, thoughtful approach, reach out to schedule a consultation

My approach to therapy

My approach blends psychodynamic therapy, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness motivational interviewing, and solution focused techniques; because healing isn't one size fits all. Together, we'll build a space that feels safe, honest, and uniquely yours.

You don't have to figure this out alone. I'm here when you're ready.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about understanding where you are, what's been weighing on you, and where you want to go. You don't need to come prepared with the right words. Just come as you are. Together we'll cut through the noise and get to what actually needs to change.

The hardest part is showing up. Everything else, we figure out together.
