I begin doing psychoanalytic psychotherapy, we will usually schedule one 55 minute session 2 times per week at a mutually agreed time, although sometimes sessions may last longer if necessary. Once this session is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24—hour advance

It has also been shown to have great benefits for people who undertake it. It often leads to a significant reduction in feelings of distress, better relationships, the resolution of specific problems or complaints, and greater satisfaction with life.
