Great to meet you!

I have seen firsthand how trauma, life stressors, and the environment can affect individuals and families—and how powerful it can be to receive the right support. I aim to create a warm, safe, and culturally responsive space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in your healing. You are not alone and I am here to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I use a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, incorporating practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, communication, and coping skills.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify your goals, and begin creating a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and personal growth.
