Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 6 years of experience, I understand that life can change in ways we never expected, and those changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself. I see therapy as a place where you can feel heard, supported, and less alone as you work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the emotional impact of chronic illness. I have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating cancer, whether you are a patient, survivor, or caregiver, and I help clients process the ways illness can affect identity, relationships, emotions, and the future you once imagined. My approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and centered on guiding you as you make sense of what you are carrying while moving toward healing and growth. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy — you only need a willingness to begin.
