Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should feel comfortable, honest, and supportive from the very beginning. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being open about what you are experiencing without feeling judged or rushed.

I have over 15 years of healthcare experience, including working with adults and adolescents in mental health settings.

I take time to really listen and understand what is going on in your life, not just your symptoms. Every person’s experience is different, so I focus on getting to know you as a whole person so we can build a plan that truly fits your needs. I value trust, consistency, and making sure you feel heard in every visit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I work closely with you to understand your goals and what you want to get out of treatment, then we make decisions together.

I focus on helping you feel more balanced, clear, and in control of your mental health. Treatment is tailored to you, whether that includes medication, adjustments over time, or exploring different ways to support your overall well being. I aim to make the process feel straightforward, supportive, and effective.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will go over your current concerns, symptoms, and mental health history in a relaxed and supportive conversation. I will ask questions to get a clear and accurate understanding of what you have been experiencing so we can build the best plan for you.

By the end of the visit, we will discuss next steps, which may include treatment options, medication if appropriate, and a plan moving forward. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, supported, and clear about what comes next.
