I am a licensed clinician in the state of Florida. Born in Puerto Rico, moved to Florida 10 years ago. I am a trauma informed, culturally oriented and LGBTQ+ ally provider. Currently open to work with woman struggling with perinatal mental health challenges that also has survive trauma in childhood or in lifespan, and diverse population of adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety and/or mood disorders.
I utilize an integrative approach tailored for your need in a treatment plan that is developed for you, with you. I am trained in EMDR and focused on an integrative trauma focused approach. I use CBT, DBT, Somatic work, talk therapy, psychoeducation and mindfulness.
