Thus my goal is to partner together creating a therapeutic relationship which will support you to explore and process past or present wounds, make sense of your experience while changing the beliefs and behaviors that will propel you to create the life you want.
Life is experienced through all senses, and therefore healing best occurs in modalities that engage all the senses. I use a combination of experiential approaches (like psychodrama, play, EMDR and sand-tray) and traditional talk therapy.
