My experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, serious mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. My hospice experience has given me a particularly meaningful understanding of grief, anticipatory grief, end-of-life concerns, family dynamics, and the emotional challenges that can accompany illness and loss.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every person has unique strengths, experiences, and values that can serve as a foundation for healing and growth. Together, we can identify meaningful goals, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and work toward positive and lasting change.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. Whether you are working through past experiences, coping with grief or a difficult season, adjusting to a major life change, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
