Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to creating a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As a bilingual therapist, I am able to provide services in both English and Spanish, helping clients feel fully understood and comfortable expressing themselves.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, mood issues, ADHD, addiction, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, psychosis, and life transitions. My approach is holistic and integrative, allowing me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs using a variety of evidence-based practices.

I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and am passionate about helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and feel more confident and empowered in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and personalized. I believe there isn’t a one-size-fits-all method, so I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic methods, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and somatic techniques. This means we’ll not only work on understanding your thoughts and behaviors, but also explore emotional patterns, past experiences, and how stress shows up in your body.

I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. At the same time, I’ll help you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck and guide you toward practical, realistic changes.

I commonly work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, overthinking, addictions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges, and my goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and any goals you may have.

I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background and patterns so we can begin identifying areas of focus. Together, we’ll start creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, more at ease, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
