Drawing from my experiences living in both Central Asia and Western Europe, I provide holistic care (treating the whole person, not just symptoms). My diverse background helps me connect with patients from many different walks of life, fostering a deeper sense of understanding and empathy in the therapeutic process.

As a dually certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), I take a holistic approach: I consider patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Together, we create personalized treatment plans that may include mindfulness exercises, supplements, medication, therapy, and lifestyle adjustments.
