Great to meet you!

I work best with clients who are seeking relief from the people pleasing, codependency, loop that leads to exhaustion and low moods. I have successfully supported clients who have experienced emotional and psychological manipulation and abuse who are looking to break free from old behavioral patterns and find a new way of living. Many of my clients have found freedom from old roles they have played in systems that no longer fit their current lifestyle.

My approach to therapy

I work best with clients who are interested in building self-esteem, and interdependence through finding boundaries within the family system and in outside relationships, learning about their individual preferences, and taking action to build a life they enjoy .
