Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! Mucho gusto!

I am a 25+ yrs. experienced bilingual/bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in short term solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavior therapy. I've worked in various mental health settings, as well as all levels of school settings, including higher education, which is the area I work in presently.

To provide the highest standard of personalized care, I choose to keep my practice small and selective. This allows me to dedicate ample time and deep focus to each individual’s therapeutic journey, ensuring you never feel like just another appointment on a crowded calendar.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
