I enjoy helping individuals experiencing any challenges in their life and learn how to manage and to let their diagnosis to define them. I provide culturally competent therapeutic approaches to help individuals heal & grow and reach their potential.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals on recovery from trauma from all age's children, adolescents and adults helping them to regain their social, emotional, academic, familial and independent identity, while learning to take pride in their distinctiveness. I am trained in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Risking Connections (RC), Mindfulness-Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy.
