Great to meet you!

I began my journey to become a mental health practitioner in 2012. My path took several turns before I was able to become a fully licensed therapist in the state of Wisconsin, and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be in this field.

My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, couples counseling, relationship concerns, and other life experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During your therapy journey, I can assist you in identifying what you have been struggling with. I will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan to address these issues and offer you the opportunity to discover coping skills that you could try along the way. Many of my clients have been able to develop ways to effectively cope with stressors within the first few weeks of therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be a free 15 minute consultation, to see if you feel comfortable. If you decide to continue to schedule another appointment, we will work together to create a treatment plan that can be effective for your therapy journey.

Through my work as a therapist, I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that can be more fulfilling.
