Welcome! I'm experienced helping adults navigate life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.
