Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of licensure and 14 years of experience providing clinical therapy. I believe seeking counseling is a healthy and courageous step, especially during life transitions, some exciting, others overwhelming, and yet at times, transitions come with devasting grief and loss. My aim is to help you feel supported as you navigate those moments. My practice warmly integrates Christian faith for those who seek it. The therapy approach I draw from includes your personalized goals while helping you build tools to gain confidence, clarity, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion. It is client-centered and collaborative in nature. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique journey. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and seen. To make this a meaningful experience, I offer thoughtful and gentle Christian faith integration into my practice. Faith is a powerful tool that may bring centering, growth, and healing. Clinically, I primarirly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as other integrative therapy modalities. Together, we can work to build practical tools, deepen your insight and faith while supporting lasting growth in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who you are as a person.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an open conversation about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your goals and what meaningful change would look like for you. Toward the end of our session, I’ll share a brief overview of how I approach therapy, what our work together might look like, and answer any questions you may have. This ensures that you feel comfortable and confident that we’re a good fit.
