Great to meet you!

I'm a first generation Latina Christian therapist. I began my social work career in 2011 in San Bernardino County. I engaged in grassroots social work that immersed in the community, but I sought to be of greater service by earning my Master’s degree in Social Work from the USC in 2013. Since then, I’ve continued to engage in the community by shifting to therapy. I’ve worked in various settings as a LCSW, however, decided that I can provide the best care via private practice.

My approach to therapy

Anxiety, stress (relationship complications, work/ life balance, etc.) and depression is my focus; however, I also treat addiction. A lot of people perceive addiction limited to substances; however, we can also be addicted to negative thinking which traps us into an endless cycle that is hard to break out of. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

I seek to provide my clients with the tools necessary to combat relapses in the future, whether it be to substances, unhealthy behavior or negative thoughts that hold us captive.
