Great to meet you!

I’m an experiential therapist who helps individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves. I believe that true healing begins when we start living from within—free from the weight of external expectations imposed by society, timelines, family roles, and other outside pressures. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work from a systemic lens. I take a holistic and humanistic approach, considering the full context of who you are—your relationships, sociocultural environment, attachment history, and life experiences.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of what’s keeping you stuck. Often, we carry invisible burdens that quietly affect how we show up in life and in relationships. By bringing those deeper issues to the surface, we create space for self-awareness, healing, and long-lasting growth.

While life’s challenges may not disappear, we can build the tools, emotional strength, and resilience to face them in more empowered, grounded, and meaningful ways.

If you're ready to dig deep and move toward a more free and authentic version of yourself, I’m here to support you on that journey.

What you can expect from me

I take a warm, holistic, and humanistic approach. I meet you where you're at while inviting deeper discussions early on into sessions. I work with clients navigating trauma rooted in family dynamics, relationships, and societal pressures that disconnect them from their authentic selves. In our sessions, we explore the deeper layers—uncovering patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds. Together, we create a grounded path toward healing that brings more clarity, connection, and self-trust.
