Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over nine years of experience working in mental health, including inpatient, crisis, and community-based settings. I have a strong background in supporting individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe that healing happens best in a space where people feel safe, heard, and respected. I strive to meet clients where they are, honor their lived experiences, and work together to build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I focus on practical tools, emotional awareness, and long-term growth. I aim to help clients not only stabilize and cope, but also understand themselves better, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Above all, I see therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and well-being.
