Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who values creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, or the impact of past experiences, and are looking for therapy that feels both grounding and freeing. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood and I strive to meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, relationships, and world.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, with a strong focus on creating safety and trust. I use a trauma-informed lens and incorporate parts work and EMDR to help clients better understand themselves and work through past experiences at a pace that feels manageable. We will move at a pace that feels possible to your nervous system for the purpose of real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to settle in and get a feel for what working together will be like. We’ll spend time talking about what led you to seek therapy and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no expectation to dive into anything before you’re ready. We’ll move at your pace and focus on building safety and trust in our time together.
