Great to meet you!

This is your journey - you’re driving, I’m sitting in the passenger seat to provide some direction when needed. Therapy is whatever you want it to be and I’m here for it! It’s not about my agenda or what I think you should work on. Just showing up for a session in an authentic way is productive. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and psychosis as well as interpersonal and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is kind and warm, but I will also be direct and honest with you. You are the expert in your own life and I hope to help you navigate the issues bringing you to therapy with compassion and even with some humor.

Acknowledging that you need help navigating any current challenges is the hardest part of this process and I’m already so proud of you for being here! Please feel free to reach out and we can chat about your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

During our initial meeting, we’re just going to spend time getting to know each other. You’re going to tell me why you’re seeking therapy and I’m going to tell you what I bring to the table as your therapist. It’ll be chill, laid back, a conversation. If the vibes are vibing, we’ll talk about session frequency and other logistics.
